Great job. During winter season, always cover your head and always cover your feet with socks, especially during bedtime/ sleep. Covering your head and feet will really help your body stay warmer and help prevent you from getting cold/ sick/ flu. Drink a little honey before bedtime/ sleep, this will help your immune system and coughing and help your body stay healthy. Eat oranges it will help your body a lot. Try and drink water at least once every hour, even if you are not feeling thirsty, this will help your body stay hydrated and healthy.
