About the belacan, frankly, not all people like it, it's a pretty unhealthy food to consume. Less salt in the rice is nicer, as there are so much salt in other condiments. Less salt actually will bring out the pandan taste better.
Important notice: Caryn's nasi lemak pandan stall will be close today (3 May 2024). She had fell down from the staicase last week and recently the condition is getting worse. She is now under treatment and required some rest to minimize the movement. Will update again if there is anything. Sorry for any inconvenience caused 🙏
Sambal must tumis more and more belachan.... then can match with nasi lemak. Cook for your customer, should give them what they want. At home can cook anyway you prefer. This is business.
