To say I am tender headed is an understatement for my scalp will literally scream at me when I try to style my locs. To think of rollers or braid out means making a choice b/w my sleep and curls , and I would rather have a sound sleep. Elastic bands or pins don't feel comfortable either. So I just keep my locs healthy and free most of the time.

That's why it's good to massage your scalp once or twice a week. I started doing that and it certainly helped a bit with retight pain lol
