LOC TUTORIAL: Coloring My Locs Red From Green | Loc Two Strand Twist | IamJackieCymone

I know my video isn’t specific, so I’ll explain what I did. I first applied the Adore ruby red hair rinse to the green to cancel it out. (Red cancels out green & vice versa). After applying I let it sit for about 15-20 minutes then rinsed it out. As you can see, once I removed the black towel there was nomore green, because the red rinse completely took it out. . . Then I applied the Loreal Hicolor Hilights in Magenta to my entire head to achieve the final color. If your hair is already dark there would be no need for the Adore red rinse. I only used that to get rid of my green. Hopefully I explained it well enough for you all to understand ♥️ . . (NO BLEACH WAS USED IN THIS VIDEO!)

Left it at a light brown/rust color that I want to look exactly like yours. I might have to try again. I think I need a permanent color this time. I'm definitely going to wash my own hair again. ciera sanford thank you! It’s not a rinse, it’s permanent. The first red color I applied was a rinse only to get rid of the green. Then I applied permanent red hair color all over.
