Don’t bleach your hair. You can use 40 developer and mix it with the colors that you want they just won’t be super extra bright.

And I guess my question is should I dye my hair fresh after a retwist? Or just let my hair frizz and then dye it. Also is 10 months too soon to dye my hair?
