North Carolina is my home state, and it hosts a lot of cool and unique wonders. About an hour outside of Charlotte, NC, there's a former prison that was converted into a fully operational whiskey distillery. I didn't know what I was getting into going on this distillery tour, but I'm so glad that I did! Come along and see what an old prison is really like, and how they've converted it into one of NC's most successful whiskey distilleries!
