The crew continues the grouper fishing journey south of the border in Baja, Mexico. The guys test new spots and local fishing techniques in hopes of catching larger grouper.
They also explore the mangrove lined estuaries of La Bocana and add a few new fish species to their list.

Man, you guys were covering some ground. From La Bocanita into L.San Ignacio out to Hutchins Bank is nearly 60 miles. Were you fishing out at Hutchins, or on rock piles closer to shore?

We were fishing closer to shore on this trip and fished out of Abreojos and La Bocana. Awesome area!

The Pacific coast of Baja is the gift that keeps on giving. I have a place in San Juanico (Scorpion Bay) and the fishing is just as good there. I live in Loreto, not as many fish but the spearfishing is incredible. I feel very luck to live in Baja Sur. If you guys are ever headed to Loreto let me know... I'll give you the Kings Tour.

Those were Terez rods back then. Great rods but we fish all PENN gear now and love it.
