Charles Beck you are entitled up to 500 feet above your property but that doesn’t mean you Own that airspace flying objects such as drones can legally fly in that 500 feet of airspace and in reality how different is a police drone to a police helicopter which has a camera much better than drones and can zoom in further and with better quality than any drone mounted camera can
