Hi Chris. Great videos. I have a GBP around 8 years old. I've accumulated over 700 reviews @ 4.5/5. I noticed that with the new core update, my business isn't ranking the same. We are a night time business opened from 9pm -2:30am daily, and within a big city of 5 million population, there are only 12 of the same niche business. The other competitors open at 11:30am daily, whereas I open at 9 pm. When we are closed, the other listing ranks above me. When my business opens, I rank #1. Prior to this core update, i would always rank #1. Any suggestions? (All the other competitors have horrible reveiws on average 2.8 - 3.3 max with an average of 100 reviews for each business.

It’s only time before they pull back the latest review , you’re asking because of all the talk about people being open getting a boost ! I talked about this in my group 2 years ago and I know it changes over time , either open your business or ride the wave waiting for the next update.

I have the same results after regular competitors work hours, because my listing has 24/7 working time. But during regular hours result is very bad.
