Dillon, you are so incredibly talented! Your record deal is so deserved and not surprised because you are SO GOOD! I love your voice and how you convey your message in your songs. I felt connected to you right away from your American Idol audition, and voted for you each time. I completely relate to your song, Colorful World of Floating Sounds; the lyrics, "recognize in what you have, don't get caught in what you had", that's deep. When your voice drops to the lower register and goes soft with the raspy texture, it made me cry. Then towards the end the electric guitar and then finished with the strings(?), that song is WOW. I would love to hear it with a full orchestra should you ever re-record it. I love you, stay true to yourself and have the right people behind you. You have star quality and you will be a super star! I look forward to watching you grow and can't wait to hear more of your music. Please come to Portland, OR when you can tour!

He’s my cousin it would be nice for him to come to Portland Oregon because that’s were I live. He did great on American idol. Glad that he got a record deal.

@@laurabrose4354 Laura, thank you for replying. I am sure you and your family must be so thrilled with his success! It's been a long time since I am obsessed (in a good way) with an artist, but his music is so good! His humbleness, quirky personality and brilliant lyrics are part of his recipe to becoming a big star, not to mention his voice. I can't get his new song, Put Her There out of my head. Please reach out if you know when he will be performing in Portland, be it a small or big venue, I would love to see him live! Take care and stay safe!

@@lemontartlett yes we are all proud of him. I do like that he writes his own songs and he made the top 5 on American idol. Glad that he got a record deal thanks to American idol that he got recognized so about two months after American idol ended he got a call for a record deal. He’s in Nashville TN. Now recording. I hope that he will perform in Portland Oregon but if he comes to Portland Oregon it probably won’t be until this pandemic ends right now there’s no concerts of any kind. A friend of mine bought tickets last year to see Carry Underwood in April of this year but her concert is put off until August of 2021 hopefully this pandemic will be over with by next summer. I had to miss out on swimming this summer because all the public pools were closed including in the mobile home park where I live the manager could not even open up the swimming pool here. We all that live in Portland Oregon always looks forward to spring and summer and they were both ruined because of this virus and now here we are again heading into winter. We are all locked up in the winter and then we where locked up in the spring and summer. Just not a good year. I pray that 2021 will be a better year. You to stay safe.
