Many restaurants have filtered water. Many others use bottled water. It depends on how fancy they are. The more casual ones use filtered water

6:00 I find pasta prices expensive and pizzas very cheap. if Amatriciana costs 15 EUR, it is worth for a big family taking a tour to Amatrice and eat Amatriciana there and it still might be cheaper and much more authentic :D I mean I can pay 15 EUR for a complex pasta like the one with Ragu or pasta al forno, but not for something relatively simple like any of Roman 4 pastas. The prices for other food you show are very good though, so if I ever visit Rome, I would prefer eating anything apart pasta to save money and be full

Going to Amatrice requires you to rent a car and drive for about 2 hours. So it would cost more than €15. 😁 Ragù is not a Roman sauce so you generally won’t find it and restaurants don’t make pasta al forno. When made properly, a Roman pasta can be quite emotional 😍

Roma è comunque molto cara, ub piatto di pasta (forse non a Roma e Milano) lo trovi facilmente a 6 - 8 euro, per un pasto completo (un antipasto, un primo piatto, un secondo con contorno e acqua o un quartino di vino, più un caffè puoi sendere dai 15 ai 20 euro.
