Such a good idea. Seems you can actually get some really good stuff for €100. In Dublin you’d get a soggy sandwich, a watery coffee and a slap in the face!😅 I’m joking of course … you’d get 2 slaps in the face!!😊

The pizza looks way too soggy because of the toppings. A pizza that takes less than 2 or 3 minutes to cook will always be soggy.

If you leave pizza for 3 minutes in a wood fire oven, it would be burnt probably. This pizza was the best Neapolitan so far, soggy or not it beat all the Neapolitan I tried before.
