Wow! Thanks for sharing this!!! I hope to one day be able to inventory my 100s of Barbies and display them like this! I've been collecting for 17 years but ran out of display room in 2016. They're now in storage. Then, from 2020-2023 I (somehow) collected a few 100 more Barbies! Channels like this inspire me to get mine out of storage and display them! I might even create a channel documenting my process! Thanks again!

I have close to 500 Barbies but stopped collecting because of no more room. Unfortunately, in 2019 we were forced to move so all of my dolls are in climate controlled storage now. My girls, granddaughters and great-granddaughters don’t seem interested in dolls nowadays. They are country meaning they hunt, fish, mud ride, etc. If I don’t ever get to display them again, then I will donate them to a charity for them to auction them off. I also have some Victorian and Indian dolls that are numbered and signed by the doll maker, Rustie that will also be sold.

This is so sad I’m so sorry for you, space is such an inconvenient thing for us dolls collector, I moved from France to America with only 10 Barbies 2 years ago. I now have 51 and I am happier than ever, I can’t get over them and contemplate my shelf where they’re on like I’m visiting my favorite museum. Get better ❤️

I’m fangirling over this collection! It’s truly amazing to have so many with that volume of OOAK status. I collect Silkstones and eventually acquired all but 1 doll and 1 display from the collection. I hoped to share them with/pass them along to my daughters (if I had them) someday. I have two but neither like Barbie and my boys have no interest, either. Maybe someday they’ll marry and have spouses who will enjoy the dolls. It’s quite a valuable collection. I always say, I’d kill for their wardrobe!
