Thyagaraya Nagar, popularly known as T Nagar, is one of Chennai’s biggest shopping districts, which according to many reports, generates the highest revenue in the entire country.
You will find many apparels, mainly Kanchi and silk sarees, jewellery and utensil stores here. While that was on the commercial front, T Nagar is also one of the affluent residential neighborhoods in Chennai, where around 30% of the properties are priced above INR 5 Cr and over 50% above 3.5 Cr.
