The three middle ones are episodic love interests from Adventures of Sonic cartoon in the 90s. And the blonde human is Madonna who was in early concept art for the franchise. Sonic was supposed to be in a rock band with her. Purple chick is from Sonic Boom.

You should definitely and carefully react to the Sonic Movie OVA. Along with Sonic CD's opening and ending, it is one of the bars of Sonic animation and storyboarding for his actions to this day. It's biggest weakness is that it's made from basic guidelines of the classic era before they really solidified a lot of traits from Team Sonic and Eggman so it gets....weird or more rude at points. But I still havent seen a Sonic Media for cartoons/anime catch Sonic's movement and speed captured in such an entertaining way besides the CD animations( react to that too) and some times from western cartoons.
