The decision to use fiberglass secondary pedestals for power distribution proved to be highly problematic. However, if my memory serves me right, I believe the power company has since terminated that in Illinois.

Great video brother!! I love how even though I'm over here on the East Coast (New Jersey) and you're in Chicago, we still speak the same language when it comes to utility locating.
