I actually did one, and it was good too, I did it in the water on Lake Ray Roberts. I was actually standing in the water about waist deep with the power poles down, and did a walk around. And then when I went to edit, I had something on my face.. food from my lunch or something 🤣🤣 had to trash the whole video. I need to make another one, I will.

Hey now, don't be bad mouthing Lavon fish! : ) That's my go-to lake since it's only about 10 minutes from me. Those creeks are money in the spring for catching sandies in the kayak! (I can tell you obviously weren't at Lavon in this video.)

Man called Lavon fishes great for Crappie, unfortunately, some of them smell like a turd when you get them out of the water. Probably the wastewater runoff from those plants. That sucks though. I won’t eat them out of there. I’ve ran so many guide trips on Lavon, and that stinky smell is always there. But it’s a fun lake to catch on.

Love the bay boat. Any particular reason why you went with Avid. Did you look at any other? I’m looking at the Excel Bay Pro Elite.

The sides of the AVID wrap all the way around the front of the boat like a fiberglass boat. Less hull slap. Also Avid has a very good reputation after doing my research. It seems that avid and Excel have two of the best aluminum boats. And Ranger has the worst reputation of them all. So stay away from that boat.
