Today we join Pace Morby touring two RV parks outside of Whitefish, Montana and Glacier National Park. The RV parks are a seller finance deal with the seller hoping to leave the self-managed business because they don’t live near by. The beauty of real estate investing is the ability to execute all over the country. Pace explains, the plan with a property like this is to optimize processes to make it as efficient and profitable as possible.
These RV Parks are being purchased by using SubTo on the SBA loan and Seller Finance on the equity.

When your assuming someone else’s mortgage, taking ownership on the deed but not named on the loan; isn’t this considered a straw purchase? If not, why not? Are you keeping the homeowner on the deed as well as you?
