I have reached this location on Pilgrim but i did not find anything at all like this. Even no mysterious signal fire, nothing at all.

As far as I can tell, this can spawn in one of two locations. See if you can find it in the North spawn. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpmbpZdmnqite6c
