Places like Lochore Meadows, Callendar Estate in Falkirk and Middleden park trails in Kirkcaldy are great introductions to mountain biking and learning some basic skills for taking to the more technical trails out there. Interesting views of the trails from your GoPro Max camera (I think) gives you a different prespective, especially of other riders behind you. Cheers for sharing! 😁🤙

Here is a link to a true expert Kyle Warner on how to drop. I’ve found his technique the easiest and safest technique so would recommend following his instruction. I've never been to these trails on Lochore, just the general paths. I wonder if I could make it through those little hills and cambers without flipping my trike..

Hi mate the first trail in this video- Lindsay’s Loop might be a possibility. It’s made of a hard packed gravel surface and is very grippy. The rollers are not too steep. The only thing I’d be unsure about is the camber of the berms, but they are reasonably wide and not very steep but I don’t know how stable from side to side your hand cycle is? There are a few more sections of trail dotted about Lochore which you would probably be fine on. 😁🤙
