I have a doubt sir....in Q4 you said "jo move krne vala point hota hai vo locus hota hai" (23:58) but in Q3 it was given that C is fixed point(21:48) then too you took it as a locus? Please answer.

Yes and the question is asking the point which is equidistant from A, B and C right? for which we will have to make perpendicular bisectors not angular bisectors and their point of intersection will be equidistant from any of the three points(A,B,C) for this question the distance of the intersection point to any point will be 3.7 cm and actual distance 37m.
