Lock down - The VERY real reality, a little message from me to you x

A little video from me to the wonderful Very Group. I was due to speak there about eating disorders awareness as Patron of SEED eating disorders support services www.seedeatingdisorders.org.uk as part their Inclusion Live 2020 event, but sadly it had to be postponed due to these uncertain times with covid-19, but both them and I still felt strongly about delivering a message I filmed in the early stages of lock down, is still relevant and may help many cope.
