Lockdown? Covid19 ? Simple Menu Ayam Cili / Spicy Chicken

U are having covid19 lockdown at ur hometown?
No idea what to cook?
You only have that 15-30 mins of spare time
You just need
3-4 onions (depending the size of ur menu)
2 garlics
1 inch ginger
4 red chillies
8-10 birds eye chilli (cili padi)
The chillies are up to ur level of spicy
Salt
Ajinomoto (up to u)
Blend the onions, garlics, gingers and chillies..
Then over hot oil, stir fry ..level of how dry or crispy is up to u..
Once the smell lingers, put in the chicken.
I use chicken fillet ...and cut them to small pieces.
I didnt add water as the chicken produce some water..so it wont be so dry.
It will need around 8-10 mins...
Once chicken is tender and cooked..
You are good to serve
