sick track dude!! you can only catch signal cray fish mate, the native ones are protecetd species and you need a licsense to catch signal crays too.

I don't know about catching but my dad used to catch them in the river behind his factory and they were beaut. Best meat is in the claws and tails. Used to boil them then vinear and pepper the meat. Pretty tasty. Enjoy and let us know what you think 👍

Trial and error dude! Look at some that work and try to see what is shaped differently to yours. The more you build the more you’ll find out what works better!
