When i was in high school i would frequently forget my house key and be locked out. It was a good way for life to teach me that i needed to take the time in the morning to remember important things like my keys.

That happened to me so often in middle school my dad eventually started making me wait in front of the door for a while (30 minutes-ish) before letting me in. (Gotta clarify that this was in an apartment inside the building, he didn't like leave me outside at 3°C or anything-)

I have been locked outside the house before because backdoor is a bit tricky. It can seems to be unlocked no matter how often you close it but one time it locked. The dog wasn’t worried but I was panicking

I don't Uber, but I do work for Doordash. I always make sure to communicate with the person I'm delivering for just in case the place is still working on their order or there's traffic and they remain in the loop. Communication is important!

I've been locked out of my house once. Both my dad and I were locked out. He and my mum had gone to a retreat with a social group our family had been with since before I was born. My siblings and I went to several different places for the weekend. I stayed with my godfather, my first brother stayed at a friend's place and the rest of my siblings (4 of them) stayed with our grandparents. Dad and mum came home on separate flights, so my godfather and I picked him up from the airport then he and I were dropped home (it being past 10pm by that point) and we realized we were locked out since no one else was home. We had to remove the fly screen from one of my sister's bedroom so dad could climb in and open the front door for me. It was so embarrassing

Once, I lived in an apartment. I lived in the 2nd floor and the owner on the 1st. She didn't like my sister and I (we were little and she said that when we played, her paintings fell off the walls which is bs) and I went outside to play with my sister and our friends. I left the backdoor unlocked, so it's easy to go to our apartment. I go to open the door and I find that it's locked. My sister and I go to the front and it's also locked. Luckily, I had my keys. I was going to leave them inside along with my phone, but luckily I had them. I unlocked the door and told my mom who got really mad. We know the lady locked the door on purpose. Always have your house keys, you never know what could happen.

So actually something like this happened to me before, me, my dad, and his girlfriend’s kids got home to my dad’s house. Aka my house. And usually the only way in is through the garage. and to do that you have to press the little button on the ceiling of his car that opens the garage door so you can walk to the door inside the garage and get in. Or sometimes my dad would unlock the door and go in that way. So my dad locked the car.. WITH HIS KEYS IN THE CAR! THIS WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM IF WE COULDN’T GET IN THE CAR TO PRESS THE LITTLE BUTTON ON THE CELING! So we jumped the fence to our backyard and tried the patio door, which was locked. And luckily we had a GIGANTIC PILE OF STICKS too choose from. What did we do with sticks you ask? WE GRABBED THE LONGEST ONE WE COULD FIND AND PUT IT THROUGH THE TINY CRACK MY DAD LEFT OPEN IN THE WINDOW TO PRESS THE BUTTON ON THE CELING. It worked so my dad ran inside, got his spare keys, unlocked the car, got his keys back, and put the windows up. Then he locked it by the way.
