Early in training camp the defense is usually ahead of the offense so hopefully as the install progresses the offense will start to look better and better

Quarter of Aloe Vera, about 5-10 drops coconut oil and lavender oil and peppermint oil mix it put it in the fridge for a bit so it can get cold then apply and that will take care of it Cody my girlfriend does this for me when I get toast bro big help and heals quick, thanks for the information appreciate your hustle bro!
