The Mavs have beaten the Thunder and Luka didn't even play. Mavs had 5 players out against OKC the second time. Mavs are the best in the West. Just wait till we get to the playoffs.

Y’all still don’t learn that the regular season means nothing. Mavs are still the best team in the West y’all put way too much emphasis on 1 singular game in the regular season. OKC won’t be able to beat the Mavs in a 7 game series. Mavs know what OKC’s biggest weakness is and how to exploit it & it’s not hard to see when you rewatch that series last year it’s the same exact weakness the Wolves had last year and the Mavs abused it. Play one on one on SGA and make him beat you and force him into being a playmaker to get others involved same thing they did with Ant.

Thank you finally someone said it. OKC only beats the Mavs once and their entire fanbase gets so excited about it that they get detached from reality thinking they’re finals bound and can beat the Celtics when it was for a NBA Cup game. I honestly hope Dallas knocks them out the playoffs like last year if they meet again and Dallas is definitely capable of doing that when they’re more experienced in the playoffs than OKC. Like you said with the Timberwolves, they were considered to have a better defense and looked better on paper than Dallas, and Dallas completely dismantled their defense and destroyed the Timberwolves that series and went to the finals. Same thing can happen to OKC. We’ve all seen young teams with a high net rating and defense get completely dismantled by a team with more experience in the playoffs. Like Mavs against the Suns in game 7 and again the Mavs in game 5 against the Timberwolves. I’m not falling for the hype and OKC being overrated by the media I’m still picking Dallas over OKC in a 7 game series in the playoffs any day

Thunder cannot beat the Mavs when PJ plays. But last year, people were saying the same shit about mavs not being able to beat the Thunder. The Mavs made those doubters look stupid and clueless. And they’re gonna do it again this year.

Luka has been better than Jokic at the ages of 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25. Meaning Luka at those ages were better than Jokic was at those ages. And Luka is only 25. So by all means his projection has been better. 🤦🏻‍♂️
