Big problem with the NFL in 2024 is players don't stick around long enough to build. It's either you have it come together now or it probably never will. Take Khalil Mack, we had him, arguably in his prime, age 23-26. and we didn't do anything post season-wise and he's gone. Most don't stay long, seeking the big money. My guess is Crosby will be gone in under 2 years as will Bowers. This isn't the old days when Tim Brown stuck around for 16 years!
