If you can successfully do this to at least 2 family members you could potential get a shit ton of points by doing all the objectives, killing chickens and beating on the 3rd family member. Edit: until they realize and let the other 2 in. I guess you’d need to trap all 3. Nevermind.

The other day I was playing and somebody managed to turn off the battery, then started slamming the gate and teabagging to troll us. Rather than fail to attempt to open the gate and stop him, I just turned the battery back on and proceeded to watch this man be electrocuted for a good 2-3 minutes before he finally bled out

For victims it doesn’t make any sense but family turning it off makes sense because you need to be able to in order to force victims out otherwise you’d have to wait forever for them to bleed out or leave last second.

To be fair a lot of the time the only reason you follow beyond the electric fence is to force those players out. Typically nobody is going to be waiting to trap you outside when it would be better for them to just escape themselves. Being able to hold anyone hostage in a game like this shouldn’t be a thing. I think family should just be immune to the electric fence by default. It’s not going to help them do anything except avoid that bs.

Does someone leaving hate comments and complaining in forums stop people from trolling in video games? I know it can be frustrating, but it's not that serious. I used to get pissed off at the same kind of stuff, but I came to the realization that raging super hard at a game might not be the most mentally healthy thing. There are no real world consequences and these are random people I'll probably never meet in my life. What I did was let it fuel me. I started asking myself how they were doing it. I started watching youtube videos. Sure, you can learn a lot from playing the game, but you can also learn a lot by watching poggers tryhards like ol rapid here play. Realize that you are a factor in the situation because it's the only thing you can realistically change about the situation. Part of learning anything is dealing with the frustration of your own limitations. If you get rolled, realize that you won't get rolled every round, think about what you could do better next time, and then move on to the next one. Maybe even try laughing with them, because at the end of the day it's a game, and if you had to skill to roll others like you are being rolled, I whole heartedly think you would, and what frustrates you is that you can't.
