You don't need to have your feet set to draw a charge. Durant drove right through Harden's chest. Harden had already beat him to that spot before the contact happened. But it's a tough call anyway, even the best of refs can get it wrong.

This is a tough call....just with the replay it looks like a charge because he dipped his shoulder into Harden's chest....but in fast motion it could of gone either way in my opinion
