I love Xenoblade and how you can build the various characters. Heck, you can even have Shulk utilise Monado Eater with an Ether focused build, which sounds like a meme but is actually quite decent due to his Ether stat being so high. Nevertheless, the only thing you need to know is that tierlists about Xenoblade mainly matter for the endgame/postgame. So, without further ado, my tierlist for the postgame: Godtier: Melia Demolish the balance of the game to a sightly lesser extent than Melia: Shulk, Dunban, Reyn, Seven Meh tier: Riki --- --- --- --- --- Sharla tier: Sharla (I love Sharla's character though.)

Dude i really enjoy your tier lists and i agree with the most of them. But I must say that you really should switch Fiora (Seven) with Reyn, since Fiora has the lowest auto-attack stat between every physical attacker due to her relatively weak weapon Dystopia, which is her strongest weapon and you can't link any star shaped skill with her which are the best ones. She can do high damage just because she has really good Arts and a incredibile talent art. Reyn in the other hand can have a high auto attack stat with the right Setup and can draw aggro with his talent art, he Will have aggro almost always and he's a really good physiscal tank. His only downside is a mid low agility stat, so he can miss attacks a bit more than other characters. That's it, Beside this fact I agree with the rest of this tier list.

Sharla's not necessarilly hated by the community, character wise she just pales in comparison to all the other over the top party members. Also the cool off mechanic sucks

Ok so i aboslutely love Melia. She is amazing. i love her. I wish you could choose Shulk to be with Melia over Seven. That being said, there is no way i can rate Seven over Melia. Melia is ofc a god but her AI is literally useless. completely. utterly. useless. Seven can solo topple lock anything including the superbosses. Melia is a Demi-god, but Seven is (figuratively and literally) a Goddess.

I always thought it was 1. Shulk 2. Melia 3. Dunban 4. Seven 5. Riki 6. Reyn 7. Sharla At least for normal playthroughs. Reyn goes up a bit for optimized builds but he's easier to replace as nobody else can really replace Riki's ability to sustain a party with his bulk and healing, especially if you pair him with Shulk's Monados. Riki is especially good at supporting Shulk + Melia together, as both of them are powerful but frail.

Melia being number one is because there's plenty of videos of her taking down superbosses in seconds. Her only weak point is her low accuracy for her topple effect

Me a stupid who has a party of Riki and Shulk with me controlling Dunban. I can get through the hardest (or second in my opinion) boss with this party first try no trouble on Definitive.
