To those wondering why there's no 47: It's because the route the train takes to Cardiff is via the Heart of Wales line, the same route the Push-Pull tour took with the same pair of 37s the other week. Nothing bigger than a 37 can run on that line, so they couldn't bring a 47 with them. So instead they put the Generator Car on the train and 60007 ran to Holyhead and back solo, turning using the triangle at Valley.

Saw the Tractors at Central, additionally seeing two 66s railtour to Birmingham and Braunton with a 47! Plenty to see down South yesterday!

A Streak at Crewe shades of late 1940s British Railways locomotive tryouts on other lines. Sir Nigel’s Chimes reminiscent of seeing him on the Elizabethan at Hatfield in the early 1960s

Just as you're going past the depot at0:14, there seems to be a derelict looking 47 lurking behind a building. Does anyone have any idea what that might be?

Possibly 47816, which is a spares donor for the LSL class 47 fleet
