Lonely nights driving my semi on US 54 between Wichita and Tucumcari, the bright three headlights on the parallel track always made feel better because I wasn't the only one toiling until dawn. Edit: Can I get train horns (I've seen them at Morrill, NE in a box! Not the fake ones!) blaring when I pass to the other side? Mike, ever ran the Abbeville Sub through Athens,Georgia? That sub's been real quiet lately. Legend has it that some dude dared an engineer the he could out run that loco side by side across that trestle. And then there's the legendary 'Rail Rotter'. Some unidentified dude who's cursed to walk across the Earth. He decided to walk the rails because he realized he's off the rails. (Dead/Zombie.)
