I’m loving your locs ! They are so pretty ! I’m 6 years loc’d and I’m currently semi free forming because I love my nappy roots but I keep them separated because I have quite a few congos and double headed dragons.

I was called to let mine go... i was almost 4 years locd but I’m bald now. I literally cut mine yesterday after resisting for a while... Just to add on to this, you’re gorgeous sis! It’s a rebirth for you… a new version of you is coming to the light… our hair carry energy… with locs it can be trapped if we not careful… it’s good to wrap the hair up from time to time for that protection… I’m happy your starting over… cutting them will give you the clarity you need to move forward and be your truest highest self….
