It takes time. U have to accept God made u the way he wanted in perfection. Patience.

You can find a professional loctician to help you start them.

Freeform requires patience and if u going into a freeform Loc journey with expectations you will be let down unless you are manipulating trying to sculpt them a certain way then at that point it’s not freeform. But with that hair type it will just take longer for your hair to Loc but it will eventually will just trust the process. I’m 16 months in my freeform journey

I think, having freeform locs is about accepting yourself as you are, not going for a certain look

The dreadlocks was originally in the Hindu culture and the Locks in reality were platts and latter because locks through the slave trade because they were unable to unlock the platts and groom the hair as it was legislated to do and So because if not kept clean they are known as dread locks because the Locks have become unclean and negatively affected ....DREADLOCKS cannot be cleaned out completely because the hair becomes matted and impossible to completely clean... cut a lock from the head and examine how much dirt is trapped in the net of the Hair...

Nothing but 9 hither can be locks. Many nationalities think them a locks!!!! I read an individual here on the comments making foolish remarks. If you ain't Ethiopian! which is now called African, then you trying to have locks of the woolen type, but you failed. Are you of the original man!!?!
@ellendavis57213 жыл бұрын
Roger Crichlow, don't pay some of those Ethiopians no mind, alot of the Ethiopians are mixed with that white Arab blood, only the Ethiopians that does not have straight hair have WOOLY HAIR. Also the Diaspora, we have WOOLY HAIR and most of us are wearing locks. Our WOOLY HAIR praises OUR HEAVENLY FATHER and OUR HAIR IS OUR CONNECTION WITH HIM. Don't let nobody steal your joy. 1LOVE FROM NC💜💕
