this a case of encroachment by lodha , the tenant who is residing from 70 plus years should file a civil suit for cancellation of sale deed under specific relief act . a lease property sold fraudulently to lodha is nothing but lodha and the lessee ahnd in glove have made false sale deed . immd also get a stay on the construction.

A city can't run without household helps , industrial low paid workers , low paid security guards /drivers, small farmers , street chaiwalas , cleaning staffs and so on , most of them can't afford a house even for rent but society needs them , we can't pay them more so that they could afford a house because our economy will shatter but when they leave in slums and work hard for us with less money demanded against their labour , we have a issue . All rules are favouring rich , they have to survive but in our minds whatever they do to survive is wrong and we don't even allow them to be able to afford it even , those who r saying against slums , please pay your househelp 50,000-80,000 and then say anything , govt.should allow them free food , free housing , free everything because they support the economy from bottom when they demand more , u don't know how much price rise u would suffer!!! Tell me one thing do u all expect really expect them to afford a house that middle class people suffer to afford , or u want them to teleport themselves to provide u goods n services from where they could afford houses for their families because normal transportation will take more than 12 hours journey to come and wash ur dishes , give u ironed clothes and 12+ hours journey back home everyday which is impossible . Help them build better , or PMAY or just help them with proper drainage system , allow dustbins , ask municipality to keep these places clean also , as it gets bottom level employees from here only .
