Hello @lppido - The good news, is that yes, you can reach Loei City by Bus - from Udon Thani Bus Terminal No.2 . It runs from an AM start*, takes to 2.5 to 3 hours and there is a vlog in my back catalog with more details. * Additionally, If you have time, you can (I suggest) also visit the No.2 Bus Terminal for more up to date information.
