I can appreciate the creativity, but how or where do you wear the clothes shown here?
@davepayneflip6529 ай бұрын
you wear them every day to do the things you already do lol. When you see fashion creatively you don't care anymore. I go for a casual coffee dressed like this

Where’s the masculinity gone! I wanna see tough and rugged, with a twist of class!
@davepayneflip6529 ай бұрын
@@victoriajohnnyrodriguez1369 you sound like you're stuck in 1995. Plenty of that to go around. Also looking traditionally or feminine or whatever does's not go hand in hand with how tough you actually are. A lot of those men the ahem ''so tough ones'' are more often than not biggest babies. Immature and so insecure in their masculinity that they literally would feel inferior or less of a man because there wearing a sheer purple silk shirt like shown here for example. That sounds pretty weak to me.

@@ayodeledavid3034 nah...it just sucks. This is such an overrated brand. Despite Loewe being very creative this collection has some really non sellable non wearable clothes! Big flouncy bows look ridiculous and for f%8ck sake we like pants! Buyers who carry this brand will pass on all so called "show" pieces as always. Men, in general don't want to look like effing clowns! Dior was the same, a terrible menswear collection aaaannndddd no matter how many seasons designers try and stuff us into skirts and dresses...we. don't. want. them , period. If you want creativity combined with construction and quality, Dries had that in his show and the men looked great. As Lisa Renee said...next!

@@richardcarlington9988 yes but I’m saying is most people when judging a creative director never look at the background of who the director is, a while back I was watching a JW Anderson interview where he talked about doing theatre before fashion and it makes sense that most of his collections have a custome cartoon feel to it, to the point of it bring wearable I don’t think that was his point to make it wearable you need understand most high fashion is about showing an idea through clothes and not about it’s wearability, I can say most brands are terrible but Loewe to me is actually doing something fresh, most arguments against it is, this is weird which means I hate it which to me feels like a weak point
@ayodeledavid30349 ай бұрын
@@richardcarlington9988 and secondly obviously it’s a foolish idea to compares dries to Loewe they are completely two different types of brands entirely, Dries comes from the class of Belgian designers that made utilitarian wearable pieces I don’t think the problem here is the collection I feel you lean more to traditional utilitarian fashion aesthetic rather than something whimsical or eccentric like this
