LOEWE Puzzle Bag: First Impressions & What Fits!

Hi! Today I am sharing my first impressions of the small puzzle bag in grained calfskin from LOEWE & to see what fits inside. I had a medium version of the puzzle until recently but I believe that for a smaller frame the small version looks amazing!

I have this exact version too, I had the medium puzzle and found it a bit bulky and didn’t like the thicker strap so I sold it to a friend and repurchased the small. You will use it so much it’s a forever bag X

I hope you love it!! I’m happy I kept the small because it’s the perfect size. Medium would work for office jobs :) I used my medium for work before I let go of it

Loved your review! I’m torn between the Small in the Caramel with GHW or Tan (with contrast stitching) in the Tan with SHW. I love the subtle Loewe logo and GHW on yours so maybe I’ll go with the Caramel ;)

They're both amazing colors! I also wanted the embossed logo without the white paint which is one of the reasons I decided to go with the midnight colorway. I hope you love your bag!

Could I ask you some questions? Since you have experiences with both, your answers would help be very helpful. Do you like the midnight blue one better? Hi! I love both colorways, and I think that both go well with all outfits as they are elevated "neutral" toned bags. I usually wear black / navy as well and love how the midnight/black combo looks with my outfits. I do sometimes miss my sand/mink bag (especially in the summer) but ultimately I am super happy with the blue/black in the small size. If you have a chance to go to the store and try both models I would recommend it! But you really can't go wrong with either one. Thank you for your comment!

I recently purchased the small in black and also had the issue with the strap hold being loose! I thought it was just me and I don’t have a store near where I live so I couldn’t bring it in to check. I was scouting KZbin/forums to see if anyone else had the same issue with no luck. I’m glad that you also mentioned it because I thought I was going crazy 😭 I love everything else about it and use it everyday but just the strap is so annoying 😭😭😭

Hi! I noticed it on my first wear, and it can really be a bit annoying! I think that its just normal for all puzzle bags and people just don't mind / notice. I tend to use this bag without the longer strap most of the time so it isn't a huge deal but when I am using the shoulder strap I get mildly annoyed 😅

hi Alice, is yours smooth/grained leather? bcs mine is in smooth leather (from the year 2019 though) and it doesn't have that problem at all, the leather stopper grips firmly and never slides away. I wonder whether it's a leather-type issue or just recent models. Hope you find a way to resolve it!

I think it's such a great bag!! My nail polish is actually from a small German-based business! They're called "gitti conscious beauty" and I believe their polishes are also plant based / sustainable :)

Thanks for your video, you totally inspired me! I currently have a multi-color puzzle bag in S size, Khaki green & off white with silver hardware, which is a nice color combination, but I seldom reach it. I guess because I usually prefer single color bag. So I’m thinking of selling my current one and repurchase this midnight blue beauty. Luv this color. May I ask what is your comment? Hi! I do like bi-color bags, this midnight navy/black is actually a really subtle two toner bag, but when I had the medium puzzle sand/mink combo I really loved it too! I think that it might be a matter of what colors are being combined. I can see how khaki and white might make it a bit more difficult to match with outfits. I've seen a lot of the multi-color paneled puzzles and I think they are so pretty but I don't know that I would be able to pull it off 😂 I guess that a subtle two-tone or monochrome bag is easiest in terms of matching everything!

Does the midnight blue loewe look black even in person? In the video it looks more black than blue. Just wondering if you can tell it’s not black in person.

It definitely looks like a dark navy and not black at all in normal lighting & outdoor lighting. The contrast between the navy and the black is not drastic but 100% immediately noticeable :) I have one photo on my Instagram and I think it is a pretty accurate representation of the color: instagram.com/p/CRTaKyisHbW/

Hi! It’s really hard to see it but it’s near where the cotton lining meets the zipper, I was only able to locate it after googling where the newer serial codes for the small puzzle are stamped
