The beach pool is fantastic, the lobby is incredible and the Opera singer transport you to Italy...everything is marvelous. 🥰🥰♥️

THIS is why Universal Studios deserves all the money, and Disney certainly does NOT! In spite of the pandemic, Universal has truly stood their grounds. They’re still as AWESOME as ever, offering the SAME amazing service and PERKS for resort guests! They truly make it worth while to stay at their resorts, unlike with Disney World where everything has gone mindblowingly down hill (and it saddens me!) Universal is everything Disney ONCE was. Everything in Universal Studios is so simply and their parks are easy to navigate! You don’t have to be looking at your damn phone the entire day, like Disney FORCES you to do :-( Ps. Universal’s Volcano Bay is the most amazing water-park in the world! Keep being great, Universal! :-)

Me and my dad stay there where we came to universal Orlando every time we came and I have to say it's the best place to stay. Little Italian restaurant that is there that you can get pretty much anything there absolutely the best place to stay in the best food they're at the hotel. Oh and I forgot one more thing the singing that was there was absolutely first-rate 👍👍👍👍👍. I just wish I could get a second chance to come back. When your on social security disability it's kind of hard. 😢😢😢
