Emanuel, thanks for the relevant information. If I must add, the pavement you are referring to as coal tar is really called in construction "Asphalt Pavement". Thanks for the relevant videos. Keep it up. I'm subscribed and I share your videos here in the USA.

Roads projects in Africa,I advice all Africans Leaders that if possible please give those projects to either Africans Diasporas or in the Continent to make those Roads African Level,if not give all to China or Russian which I believe they are competent Royal,Fit hard working and can deliver in time with no question?.if we agree in win win Business partnership with them,do not believe to work or give Contracts to people who think they are Superior than you they will always not want to do the Job, Hatred and Manipulations to delay and bring confusion will always be their Game, most especially when you have opposition political parties who do not want you to succeed in your promises you made to the people will always connect with them Behind Doors.wake up Africans. All this dirty Politics under Develop Mother Continent Africa.

Mr Kortu, did I hear you say from from WVS Turbman to Sirleaf? I think you are mistaking, there was no road to be paved by Turbman, the road in question was constructed by WVST, William R.Torbert implemented the village to market roads in Lofa county to be followed by its pavement when the coup of 1980 happened! Ellen, and Weah take the blame! One thing they failed to recognize is that the government losing resources as to results of the bad road to the "breadbasket of Liberia. During the raining season, the Lofaians especially at the borders prefer to trade in neighboring country!!! We need to recognize the struggle of the pioneer children Who struggled to firstly stop the Europeans from colonization of this land, second the struggles to extend the country from Monrovia to what is now called Mary land in Liberia, cape mount that took many years to accomplish, and finally, Lofa, Bong and Nimba United as one country just over five decades ago!

Thanks for the comment, What I am is saying is the issue of Road is an old age problem for the people in Lofa, even from Tubman days to Ellen.
