I had to watch your video because New Mexico is my favorite state in the country. It truly is the Land of Enchantment. Glad that you got to see some of the lesser known places (Tsankawi and Bisti de na Zin Wilderness). The next time you go to New Mexico I would also suggest that you take the high up through Chimayo (stop and see the Sanctuario there) and then head up through Truchas and Las Trampas tp get tp Taos. See the St Francis church in Taos. Also, make it a point to brave the dirt road and check out Chaco Culture NHP and head to Acoma Pueblo and take their tour of the Pueblo (make sure you walk back to the visitor center on the way down. using the old trail.....it is ethereal). Last but not least, head to Gallup and spend the night in the "El Rancho Hotel". Walking in is like stepping back into the 1940's. It is one of the great old lodges of the Southwest.

Great video. New Mexico is our favorite state for multiple reasons. We road trip out there from Florida. There is so much to see and do without the crowds. The night skies are incredible compared to the southeast. A few other places I'd recommend are Cimarron Canyon, Eagle Nest, Red River and Capulin Volcano.

Yes!! My family is heading to Santa Fe in a month and this was really fun to watch. I’ve been to Bandolier National Monument once about 7 years ago, but I still remember how exciting the trip was. My favorite sections of this video would definitely be the petroglyphs and the rattlesnake museum. Very informative and interesting!

Great video! Like many others, I think New Mexico is the countries best kept secret! If you come with the right mind set it will cleanse your soul and renew your spirit in a way that gives you what you need to face the daily grind of life. My family lived in Albuquerque when I was 5 years old and I’ve never forgotten the experience and the impression it left on my heart all these years. I’ll be retiring soon and plan on returning for good. Keep the videos coming!

Really enjoyed the video. So refresh ing when someone talks during their video, explaining things through the video, and really goes to the places n video. So many videos are just drones flying over areas or somewhere driving on the road or no one talking or saying anything. Often makes me think they didn’t even go to the places that are talking about. I guess I’m just old fashion but I want more than drones and photography.

Born, bred and raised in New Mexico. Left 2 times and always returning “home”. You need to expand out from The Bisti Highway/Wilderness area and see the entire 4-Corners. Much to offer, short miles into each surrounding state and a wonderful place to play and rest, once you’ve landed your feet. Hope to see more of your adventures here in New Mexico! 😊❤

New Mexico is an under-rated destination. My family loved rafting on the Rio Grande. A couple of other activities we enjoyed in this area- Pecos National Historic park (about 30mins East of Santa Fe right off I-40) and a horseback ride in the Sandia Mtns (about 30 mins or so East of ABQ). Southern NM has a whole host of incredible spots too!

The northern and central part of NM is not the only interesting place in this state. While in the Air Force, I was stationed in Roswell NM. There you have New Mexico Military Institute, Bottomless Lakes a little north of Roswell, Ruidoso NM where there used to be a very well known Quarter horse race track, then on down further in the southeast corner you have Carlsbad Caverns. South Central NM has the very well known White Sands. You can't limit yourself to just one area of this state.

Good video. I live in Colorado and have been visiting New Mexico since 1978. I owned a home in Taos for a few years. New Mexico is very beautiful and the arts, culture, architecture, food and scenery are wonderful. However, New Mexico has really gone downhill since becoming a blue state. It is last or next to last in every demographic category and continues to get wore. The crime is terrible. Law enforcement, courts, schools, roads and healthcare are awful.
