Don’t hurt yourself. It won’t help. Don’t kill yourself. It won’t help. Get a comfort character. Mine personally is Some anime characters. If you ever try to hurt yourself it doesn’t help. Lay down and listen to some music. Close your eyes and imagine you and your crush and you sitting together on a couch watching a movie. Know that even though (some crushes aren’t real) they would probably love you if they met you. They are with you in your mind. You are loved by them. And if you don’t feel like talking about it, don’t or maybe talk about it in your mind with your comfort character. And when people say “just try not to think about it” they are wrong you need to process it and realize what’s happening. Some kids don’t have the right parents that will help them. Neither siblings or friends. Sometimes just having alone time, music and comfort charterers help people rather than talking about it or therapy. Another thing is, write down all the things you hate and all your problems and play some relaxing music and burn the paper that it’s wrote down on. Take a break. You need it. Know that you are loved.
