Okay so I have have kinda the same situation happening but it’s with my billing info.When I try to purchase anything it just says “Unable to complete purchase.We we’re unable to charge any of the payment methods on your file for your account.Please update your billing info” and there was nothing wrong with it because I was using a gift card and I had enough money. Do you have any advice on this? Also it has been like this for the past year

Thanks for the tip. I was on the phone with T-Mobile and Apple support on setting up my new iPad. They had me on for over an hour. Apple wanted me to add a payment method. I tried the second option by signing out then resigning in. It worked. Thanks a lot. I was able to fix the issue in less than 3 minutes.

Same message on my new iPad and setting up a brand new account. The "review" button promps a password and you chase your tail. It should bring up the main settings and what is missing - mine was missing an address. Very poorly done on Apple's part. Thanks for the help!

Way easier way (stated in the video that worked for me as of February 2022) : go to settings, click media and purchases, click view account and from there enter your password then it would bring u to a screen that says “complete apple ID” and follow the steps from there. (This could be for new iphone users because my little brother’s phone had the issue)

After being hacked by an Apple Engineer LY ...and theyvdiabled my Apple ID without letting me know rendering me losing years of precious memories because I couldn’t sign into iTunes and it didn’t save to my external hardrive ...🤔so I’m not too happy with them for policing us with AI and contracting with google amazon and Microsoft in 2019 and using Game Center and amimojis to monitor is and wifi triangulation and turning on Bluetooth while we sleep!!
