I told myself I need at least one “big” thing a month to look forward to on top of my usual low key wandering the city days and it’s been really nice not waiting for someone to do things with and jumping at the things that excite me. Today I went to a musical that was incredible and the whole time I was thinking what you thought about the jazz night - I can’t believe I almost didn’t come.

I know!! I've survived europe twice without being pickpocketed too so for it to happen in my city was the worst -- it happened in a super busy bar and they either cut the strap or sneakily targeted and took it off my shoulder. I literally remember it on my shoulder and then a few seconds later glancing down and it was gone 😭 Was my fave bag I wore everyday for the last two years too haha oh well And ya the piercing thing was unfortunate too -- I didn't have time to go to a piercer asap and the anti-tragus never fully healed though it's been more than 5 years so I decided to let it close :') x

@@inspiroueomg I never thought people really cut purse straps here! I’m sorry that happened to you. I feel like I’m fairly lax with my purses and have never been pickpocketed either. Only thing I really do (if on the TTC or a sketchy place) is carry my bags that have a logo with it facing towards my body so you won’t know what the bag is unless you’re already familiar with the brand. I didn’t realize you had the anti tragus for that long and not had it heal yet. I’m planning on getting mine pierced in two years and am nervous.
