Love a movie solo date, I have the AMC membership so I go 2 times a month usually or more if there’s a lot out and my stickler is I almost exclusively do recliner Dolby showings. Glad your health is improved!

I enjoy your videos and voice, but taking yourself out of the moment to vlog it performatively might be great for your channel, but perhaps less so for you. You talking about part of your life while showing a couple of photos would be plenty for me. We should all go to the park and touch grass, not expect YTers to be self videographers of that activity on our behalf. Honestly so much of it just looks like influencers influencing each other with the V fingers and the same shots, like “I’m doing the thing and photographing it! I hope the feeling I imagined comes with it! I hope I look like all those cool girls on the feed!” Our imagination and projection is always going to be more wonderful and problem-free than the reality. It just sets up such an unreachable scale, instead of a scale of reasonable expectation of pleasure and emotion based on real life experience. I’m just saying I hope you enjoy your life as authentically as possible and do what truly feeds you, even when it’s not photogenic, because you seem like a great person.

I've done a few boxing classes and 1:1 training sessions with boxing coaches, but there's also a lot you can learn online from KZbin videos!! Even without any gear and just shadow boxing at home with basic techniques is a good workout :) For self defence, my friends have tried muay thai/jiu jitsu which I think may be more helpful than boxing tbh haha

Who really makes the money, not the woman who makes the clothes.. if you go to India you can see how much they really make… the labor is very cheap there… and the clothes from all these sustainable brands are charging a lot of money for the clothes…

It probably might be because of the slight fragrance it has.They have another oil cleanser for people with more sensitive skin as it's fragrance free.Hope this helps!

Trust me, as a person who has suffered from acme for a long period and got ridden of it, you don't need all of that. You just need cleanser, moisturizer ( appropriate to your skin type niacinamide is good ingredient ), sun screen, exfoliant( 1 or 2 times a week if you dont have something like salicylic acid or other exfoliant in your cleanser already) Go to your doctor he might prescript adapalene witch is sort of retinol. It helps with anti-aging and acne as well But the most important thing that made the radical change for me was when I paid attention to my gut health and consumed more probiotics.

It takes practise not gonna lie! But I try to reframe it as "who could I possibly meet if I go?" and treat it as an opportunity for the universe to show me new connections, events, people etc!! I also always show up and immediately go to the bathroom which lets me kinda suss out the space, then make sure I look good, and then I go back out and get a beverage/circle and compliment someone! That usually sets me up for success pretty well! x
