Requirements - 5bhk ( 2bhk in 1st floor and 3 bhk in 2nd floor , 2 master bedrooms , 1 guest bedroom ) 1 small prayer room in 1st floor , swimming pool . I love your design. is it possible to place the bathroom downstair as for the elderly/ pwd bedroom and then put the bathroom across instead, so they have the same piping from the 2/F bathroom. Thank you for sharing your nice design.

1.- El dormitorio principa, totalmrnte abierto sin privacidad y dormitorio secundario cerrado y con privacidad. 2.- Los baños sin cabina para la regadera, conllevaría a estar siempre húmedo, el papel higiénico echado a perder al igual que la puerta. Saludos

Para eso yo mejor optaría por quitar el dormitorio secundario y unirlo al principal para hacerlo mas grande y así hacer mas grande el baño y si es posible hacerlo mas cerrado

I noticed that to. i would put the smaller bedroom downstairs if possible and make the bathroom downstairs to be a powder room and have a full bath on the mezzanine level

Beautiful listed as Loft House Design of the artist; but, if I were 👀 looking for housing with loft, I would want the lofts to be separated; means, a loft on separate sides of the house; or to have one loft upstairs; and a bedroom down stairs on first floor.👌↗But, I'm not seeking to buy, I'm just looking 👀; and often love to make comment or comments about.↗😁

Yo haría cambios quitaria el baño de la planta baja y pondria un aseo aprovechando las escaleras justo debajo y asi la cocina seria con barra mas espaciosa y la sala comedor quedaría mas amplia y por otro lado el tamaño del baño de arriba está bien pero con ese tamaño entra de sobra el baño completo sin necesidad de compartir ducha y vater en el mismo lado, un saludo

I'm not a fan of walking thru the bedroom to get to the second bedroom. For me that area needs a compete redesign. I'd rather use atrium space and put upstairs bathroom above downstairs one and keep plumbing all in one area .. kitchen and bathrooms. The appearance of combined open showers and toilets is another turnoff in my opinion .. very okd Asian style. Ground floor has some great features. Bushyboy Oz.

A wonderful design, but there is a mistake in it........ Fatih On the second floor there are two rooms, if there are 4 people living in the house or 3, or the spouses come as guests, or they have a son or daughter, and the couple is engaged in intimacy or Sleeping with an indoor gargoyle and his exit from the second or first room the son, daughter or guest to go to the toilet or the guest or wanted to go out will throw a sleeping room in front of him Do you think this is wrong or am I wrong

Projeto bonito, só não gostei de tomar banho sentada no vaso. O vaso poderia está ao lado da pia e o chuveiro no canto, assim da pra colocar um box de vidro e não molhar todo o vaso

تصميم رائع لاكن فيه ...... خطأ ........ فاتح في الطابق الثاني يوجد غرفتين لو كان هناك ٤ اشخاص يعيشون في المنزل او ٣ او ياتي الى الزوجان ضيوف او لديهم ابن او ابنه والزوجان يمارسان العلاقة الحميمية او نائمين بمرابس داخلية وخرجه من الغرفة الثانية او الاولى الابن او الابنة او الضيف لذهاب الى المرحاض او الضيف او اراد الخروج سيلقي بغرفة نائمين امامه هل تعتقدون ان هذا خطأ او انا مخطئ

It's nice and spacious. But isn't it the whole purpose for these types of homes to be efficient and cost effective? All that space is wasted! That high ceiling in the living is nice but I'm not spending all that money to either heat or cool an area not being used. That space could be used to have a proper main bedroom w/ private full room! There's no need for a shower next to the kitchen. A half bathroom is more than enough. You really got to rethink this. I love the 2 burner stove top and little oven. The plants under the stairs are nice touch. The living is very nice but not so cozy. It's almost too roomy.

good exterior design but interior is a lot of dead spaces. Those huge CR in GF will rather use as MasterBR and create a CR nxt to Laundry area. Always imagine that in a tiny house everthing should be compact and all areas should be usefull with clean spaces at the same time. Think of a family with 2kids require 2 BR and 1 MR for parents in a loft type tiny house like this.
