The kitchen is great, the eating nook is a clever use of space, and the overall design is well done. Having space on three sides of the bed for ease of changing linens would be a plus. Having the lower cabinet doors to slide open would help with that. This is a wonderful design, and thank you for sharing your talents.

you have some good ideas, but i think it would be better to convert that downstairs bedroom to an office with a closet for washer +/- dryer with extra storage.

Right, but the partition and light through windows are just great! Except I won't have that barn door - not for outside... And that tall window from the groud floor bedroom till the upstairs above one.

It's a great plan/design . Tqsm for the idea . Actually, you can modify if want to . For kitchen, prepping section you can add between living n kitchen , change the divider into bar tabletop (idk the terms/name) or just a connecting table top . So that you'll hv a place to prep or kneeding dough.

Amazingly beautiful and being able to see the ceiling upstairs, from th ground floor gives it more space than is there! The outside is deceptive of the true amt of space that actually exists once you're inside! I've fallen in love w the design of this very tiny house, that's very spacious once inside. Very clever design! ❤ Thank you for the tour, never seen anything like it---a dreamy house!

I absolutely love your design! Love the style & the mixture of the black windows inside and out & wood throughout the space. Tiny homes are a great concept but I need a lot of storage plus furniture. There is no room for dressers etc. Also a laundry room. Still beautiful though! 🌺

At the end of the day this is just one of many, many tiny home layouts. Whilst it won’t suit everyone, some people (like me) love it. If you need room for a washing machine and more prep space in the kitchen then find another layout that suits you better. Everyone has different needs, different styles and different budgets.

Es muy lindo, entiendo el concepto pero se podría haber hecho un poco más con la planta alta. Hay mucho lugar desaprovechado por lo que los dormitorios quedaron muy pequeños. Para hacer las camas tenés que saltar para el otro lado! En la cama matrimonial el que duerme del lado de la pared se tiene que pasar por toda la cama. La distribucion en general me parece poco práctica. Pero el concepto esta bueno.

@@Susweca5569 that means we are different people with different needs and preferences. And is not functional to have 3 bedrooms and one bath. There is studdy in rats that shows that when the space they are sharing is to small, they start to eat each other. The same when you have a farm with animals, for each animal you must calculate the space needed per individual. But the animals don't speak to tell you:"I feel my blood preasure rising for the stress I have to wait to pee!" Wich is normal biologicaly need and we are not animals to make it everywhere. So, is other person right to feel unconfortabile when something is not apropriate for her and to express it polite -and this is the case here. And is not you're right to make that persone to feel ashemed for having different needs or preferences. So, yes, in the world they are people that don't eat or have a roof but that is not an excuse to use against others.

I love how light and airy this plan is. But there is some things that would make it even better. It has no area for laundry or really much prep space in the kitchen. Outside the one set of windows makes it look like a face is staring at you. The house has a side entrance which is not a fab of mine. There is plenty of room to make that porch much wider and thus more useable I love the plants cascading down the glass, but it should also be ion the kitchen side to hide whatever the plants are on, because it looks unattractive from the kitchen side. EDIT: Also, on watching this for the second time I noticed there doesnt seem to be an oven or dish washer in the kitchen. And the two burner stove takes up way too much space. It would be better placed vertically instead of being horizantal. What is confusing me is the room directly over the kitchen. Look straight into the dining nook you can see the corner of the door for the room. What I don't understand how the room can have a level floor when the area beneath it has a sloped ceiling??

I like the large indoor kitchen/LR window. Other one, no. Sliding barn door for entry to/from outside? Weather problems! Bathroom toilet/shower glass/vanity...way too close. Doors look 1.5' wide. Under-stair space is good but filled with one large table...not a good use of space. Bedrooms way too small...make it a 2-bed? Nice, modern exterior design. Back to the drawing board! 👍🇨🇦😎
