Isn't it fun to play around and redo our rooms at times? I love your choices and I love how it all came together. I can't believe how the children are getting to be young adults already and it seemed like they should still be so much younger. Hey Wyatt, fellow drummer here. It helps to listen to cadences. It will help you memorize patterns then when you get your correct sticking down, you won't be wondering about what to play. It will just be in your head. Cadences will help build strength in both wrists. That's my tip for the week. Any drum and bugle corps video will have cadence videos.

Priscilla, the living room does look cozy and welcoming. I am so happy Joas can sleep in the bed now and climb the ladder. Praise God. Those plants should do well there. I had pothos plants before, with vines growing all around the ceiling. They are very hardy and can go long without watering, but if you don't water regularly, the soil dries up. It is awesome that the children help. That wall saying is also beautiful. It is appropriate as you all sing in your living room. May the good Lord continue to bless you all.❤

Oh that is beautiful, Priscilla! Joas, I know it had to be a little erie climbing on that ladder again. I had a pretty bad fall last year and broke my left ankle and tore my right rotator cuff. I just walked out and slipped on a wet concrete step my left leg buckle under me and hit my upper back on my shoulder blade. I thought it was broken but the doctor said it was a torn Rotator cuff. It was an ordeal to get around a while and I’m 20+ years older than you. Good Lord was watching us both! You got the worst of it. Praise the Lord! We both are doing better!
