Since I have been watching your channel and hearing you talk, it has helped me relate to a couple friends who are sometimes struggling. Hi Troy, good to see you again. I haven't been around for quite awhile and I apologize for that. I have been dealing with things myself. This video popped up and glad It did. I am back too watching your channel and I love your cabin and always have. It is a fantastic cabin with fantastic views. I see a therapist every two weeks at the Vietnam Veterans center and it has been helping me immensely. Hope all works out for you.

So glad to see you back! My friend, know that you are not alone in dealing with depression. I battle it too. My faith is my most precious remedy, but I also find it helpful to focus on one little thing at a time. Find pleasure in a small thing, like a baseball game or hockey or time spent with a loved one, or being grateful to have another day. I sincerely hope things improve for you & that despair is replaced with joy.

Good to see you back Troy, stay strong and stand proud, mental health issues are a real fact of life and there are many of us that go through a ton of stuff. I am speaking from experience, I have 26 years in the army and I'm broken both mentally and physically, took me a long time to seek medical attention, but when I did things turned around for me. Just remember your definately not the only person going through stuff, seek help if you get over whelmed and hopefully you will feel better and be stronger. all the best, looking forward to your next video

It is possible. I spent 3 months in the Caribbean this winter. Just invested in a solar system and will save a little in the long run on gas. Looking forward to your new videos and hang in there.

Mental health problems come from good people trying to accept the garbage we are dealt in life. Mostly from the narcissistic people trying to control us. Once you recognize that, we get stronger. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. That is the religion we should be following.
